WHEW! I'M BACK! ANDE NOT A MOMENT TOO SOON!.

Enough, already.  Thank goodness my friend had
bail money, or I would still be in the pokey.  First, they
tried to toss me from the Convention Center for doing
"the hoochie coochie dance"in the new items display
area, but the final straw was doing the "gator crawl"
through the fiber displays.  On go the cuffs.  Off to the
hoosegow with the degenerate Mr. Squiggee.
       I LIED.
But I am back home.  Had a very nice visit with
Sharon G, even though I had forgotten the chocolate.
Let's see, I spoke with Megan from Needlework Retailer,
Elizabeth from Needlepoint Now,  Pat Delp and her family from
Designer's Desk. and several different fiber company
reps.  Oh, and a friend of Ruth Schmuff at Bedecked and
Bedazzled.  So, for all practical purposes, I had a good time.
Since I had never been to one of these events, I wasn't
quite sure what to expect.  I do understand that many of the
people there were shop owners and buyers.  Not exactly a place
for a relaxing visit, but it was nice to be able to put a face
to the voices I have heard for the last couple of years.
I did manage to get a couple of orders for Omar's new
fibers.  Laughs, as well.  You have to be a dog lover to fully
appreciate this sort of thing.  Sharon wanted to know when
my next Sensitivity Training Seminar was scheduled to take
place.  Just have to keep her in the loop.
I can't say that I envy those that have to tear all of those
displays down on Monday and prepare to go back home.
Got a few photo's and Gail will post later.  Bear with me!
